If you don't see your perfect topper/wig in stock, I can custom make your order for you, just how you like it.

​

Custom orders require a $100 non refundable deposit. They take about 10-12 weeks to complete. (this is approximate, depending on how complicated the piece is, it can take up to 16-18 weeks). I will email you once it is completed, but you can feel free to follow up. Once complete, you have two weeks to send the balance of payment. Many of my clients like to pay in increments over the time it takes to make the piece. You can use the same payment link in the email I send to you to do this.

Custom orders follow the same returns guidelines- 3 day return policy, 10% restock fee.

If the color is complicated, Highline Wigs cannot be responsible for not matching it perfectly, though we do our best.

If you see a topper you like on my instagram page (@highlinewigs) it is easier for us to duplicate it, as we usually have the color codes in our systems.

In your email, please include:

​

• Your desired color. Pictures really help. Whether it is a picture of your own hair, or a picture you found online, send it over and we can discuss from there. To make it simpler, check out my instagram @highlinewigs and see if i have made a color like the one you want in the past, as i already know the color codes and can duplicate it to the best of my ability.

• Please measure the length you want. I measure my pieces from center scalp to ends. Toppers should never really be shorter than your own hair. It is good give an extra inch or two in case you measured incorrectly, or if you want to give it a cut.

• Cap size for toppers. Information regarding cap sizes can be found in my FAQ. If you still need help choosing the right cap size, please include photos of the hair loss.

• If you have any specific requests, for example, no comb/all clips, poly strip front, lace front, etc., please see below extra costs and include it in your email.

• Extra additions:

  • POLY STRIP FRONT-$15 (for those who use double sided tape or glue their hair pieces in the front) or POLY CAP ALL AROUND- $30​ (for bonding the entire circumference)

  • LACE FRONT-$40

  • STEAM PERM: $30 (wavy texture-not tight curls) - please note this makes the hair appear about 2" shorter. I measure hair when it is straight.

  • EXTRA DENSITY-$25 (currently use 115% which is plenty, but i can increase up to 150%)

  • 5X5 SILK PART (I PROVIDE 4X4.5 on a topper and 4x4 on wigs) this is good if you part to the side $30

  • COLORS Any solid color lighter than an 8 (light brown) is $30.​ Special coloring such as rooting/highlights etc. is $50.

  • FOR TOPPERS - Cap sizes larger than 10x10 is an additional $35. I can do up to 12x12.

  • FOR WIGS - Regular wigs are silk top, wefted back. Hand tied is $150 additional. Medical Cap with PU strips is $100, it is free with the purchase of a hand tied wig. Full Lace is $100 additional.
